Tickets are sold online through Ticketleap. The current tier is general admission at $45, labeled for sales from Sept. 16 to Oct. 31. The listing says a ticket covers:

Tickets are nonrefundable. Wristbands are also sold on the day, but the organizer says there will be “a slight price increase on the day of the event.” Buying a ticket also signs you up for the organizer’s emails, which you can unsubscribe from.

Who is cooking

Horizon West Happenings bills Flavor Fest as the community’s “premier food and music festival.” Restaurants, caterers and food trucks serve tapas-style dishes. The restaurant lineup on the organizer’s page, which says more are being added weekly, includes:

Check-in, parking and getting there

Entrance: on the green next to the parking garage, on the Cinepolis side of the field. Registration tents are directly in front of the entrance; pick up your pre-bought wristband there, along with a menu and event guide.
Parking: on top of the Hamlin parking garage, according to Horizon West Happenings.
Road closures: none announced. The festival is on the green, not a street.

What to know

The festival runs after sunset in mid-November. Bring a layer.
Restaurants and food vendors who want to take part, and businesses that want to sponsor, apply through forms on the Flavor Fest page.
The organizer does not list a rain date. Check its page on the day if storms are forecast.

Past years

Flavor Fest is held each November on the same green. The organizer’s 2025 recap says it drew “hundreds of neighbors and visitors” to sample dozens of local restaurants, breweries and drink brands, and that it “can’t wait to celebrate with you again next year.”
