Hamlin is Horizon West’s town center: the restaurants, shops, cinema and green space where most of the community’s events happen. It sits along New Independence Parkway, Hamlin Groves Trail and Shoreside Way, with a Winter Garden mailing address and ZIP code 34787, though like the rest of Horizon West it is unincorporated Orange County. Its developer, Boyd Development Corp., says Hamlin now has more than 100 businesses.

Getting there and parking
- Roads: New Independence Parkway runs through the heart of Hamlin. Orange County is finishing a one-mile, four-lane extension west to Lake County’s Wellness Way Boulevard, a $12.2 million project expected to open by the end of 2026, Hamlin’s news post says.
