Live music and nightlife in Horizon West: bars, breweries, venues

Horizon West’s nightlife is a Hamlin affair: a tequila bar, a tiki bar, a brewery and two sports and burger spots within a few blocks of New Independence Parkway and Hamlin Groves Trail. For a bigger night, downtown Winter Garden, about seven miles north, has a brewery in Plant Street Market, the Garden Theatre and free music on the plaza every Friday. The Den at Orange County National adds golf bays and a pub.

Hamlin

• Agave Bandido lists hours of 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday, and a weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m.
• Home State Brewing Co. hosts trivia on Wednesdays and jukebox bingo on Thursdays, both 7 to 8 p.m., Hamlin says, and is dog friendly on its patio and biergarten. It has also held seasonal parties, such as Oktoberfest, Ja! in September 2026.

The Den at Orange County National

16301 Phil Ritson Way, 407-656-2626. The Den is a set of Toptracer hitting bays for up to five guests each, booked in 30-minute blocks, with free mini golf, pool tables and cornhole for Den users and food from the Orange 83 Pub and Grill, the club’s Den page says. It runs a Wine Down Wednesday each week, per the Horizon West Happenings calendar.

Flamingo Crossings Town Center

13200 Hartzog Road, near Disney’s western entrance. In 2026 the town center held a free 2nd Fridays block party on Sugar Belle Drive from 6 to 9 p.m., and the Flamingos and Fuel Cruise Night car meet on third Thursdays, 6 to 8 p.m., according to Horizon West Happenings.

Downtown Winter Garden

• Fridays on the Plaza: free live music every Friday, 7 to 9 p.m., at the Centennial Plaza gazebo in historic downtown, hosted by the City of Winter Garden. The city posts the music schedule on its calendar.
• Garden Theatre on Plant, 160 W. Plant St.: musicals, concerts and films; shows are on the city calendar.
• Crooked Can Brewing Co., 426 W. Plant St., inside Plant Street Market, its website says.

Getting home
