The county never gave it a longer name: “Village F” is how the plan, the county’s village boundary map and its GIS layer all label it. Like the rest of Horizon West, it is unincorporated and governed by Orange County. Horizon High School is inside it.

On the county’s map, Village F sits south of the Village of Bridgewater and the Town Center, west of Lakeside Village and east of State Road 429 and Village H. Seidel Road is its main road. Watermark Park, 9940 Seidel Road, opened Aug. 31, 2026. Orange County lists an inclusive playground, a fitness path and picnic areas, and leashed pets are allowed. It is the newest county park in Horizon West. The Horizon West parks line is 407-254-1925.

- State Road 429: exit 11 at Seidel Road is less than a mile in a straight line from Watermark Park, and exit 13 at Schofield Road is about 1.7 miles. Exit numbers are as mapped in OpenStreetMap; interchange names are the Central Florida Expressway Authority’s.
- Hamlin: about 5.6 miles by road from Watermark Park to the Lake District green at 14111 Shoreside Way.
- Orlando International Airport: about 29 miles by road. These are distances, not drive times.
