Village I is the southernmost of the five villages in Orange County’s Horizon West plan, and the last of the six areas to get its own plan: the county’s GIS layer lists amendment 2008-1-A-1-4. The county still labels it by letter on its village boundary map. Like the rest of Horizon West, it is unincorporated and governed by Orange County.

Schools
These shares are of the village’s land on the OCPS 2026-27 zone map, not of homes. Grades are Florida’s 2026 school grades, from the state’s grades file.
| Level | School | Share of village | 2026 grade |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elementary | Ovation Elementary | 69% | Not in the 2026 file |
| Elementary | Water Spring Elementary | 31% | A |
| Middle | Water Spring Middle | 100% | A |
| High | Horizon High | 100% | A |
Ovation Elementary, 13603 Hartzog Road, is inside the village, the district’s zone data shows. It does not appear in the state’s 2026 grades file, so it has no state grade yet; its website is linked above. Water Spring Elementary and Water Spring Middle are just north, in Village H. Check a single address with Find My School. More is in our schools guide.
Home values
Zillow does not publish a value for the village. In August 2026 the Zillow Home Value Index put the typical home at:

| City of Winter Garden, for comparison | $566,535 | $572,431 | -1.0% |
The index is a modeled typical value for the middle third of homes, not a sale price, and 34787 also covers Winter Garden and other areas outside Horizon West. More is on our home prices page.
